- 400 gr Mango Frozen or fresh, diced
- 125 gr Vegan yogurt I used soy yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 50 gr Kale
- 14 Ice cubes
- A splash Soy milk
- 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup If the fruit happens to be not sweet enough
Blend all the ingredients except the soy milk, until smooth.
If too thick add the soy milk and continue to blend to the desired texture.
